She began her career at Conde Nast and spent more than a decade working at various WPP agencies, including Grey Healthcare Group where she created, staffed, and ran the “eBusiness Division.” A pioneer in all things digital, Amy has held senior positions at dot.com start-ups and media companies such as News Corporation’s iGuide, ActBig.com, Oxygen Media, Akamai Technologies, and About.com, where she was a founding editor. In 2000, Amy launched her own boutique agency Farm-a, specializing in omnichannel strategy and content marketing success with clients including Huge Inc., Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, New York Post, Trusted Media Brands, and American Achievement Corporation (Balfour Class Rings and Yearbooks)

Most recently, Amy has worked extensively in the non-profit space, where she led large projects for The Jewish Agency for Israel, Birthright Israel, and Americans for Ben Gurion University, with emphasis on shifting attitudes towards giving, particularly among Gen Z and Millennials. This work has deepened her understanding of what moves people and drives engagement.

Amy holds a BA in Sociology and Architecture from Columbia University in NYC.
