Gluten-Free (Almond Flour) Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 tsp. melted butter, ghee, or coconut oil
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 cup (4 ounces) almond flour
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
• 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Instructions

• Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into prepared pan.
• Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
• Voila! Amazing muffins.
